A. A speed limit of 15 miles per hour is hereby established
for the entire length of the driveway portions of the Northfield Municipal
Building parking lot.
B. Reserved parking spaces designated for police vehicles,
for emergency call boxes, and for the Mayor of the City of Northfield
shall be designated and identified as such and shall be used by no
other person for any other purpose.
C. All vehicles parking within the parking lot of the
Northfield Municipal Building shall park only in properly designated
areas and between the lines designating each parking stall.
Any vehicle parked or standing so as to obstruct
or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading
zones, oil fills, any grass area or pedestrian walkway or present
in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by towing the
vehicle at the owner's or operator's expense.

Entrance and exit to the City of Northfield Municipal Building parking lot shall be in accordance with the provisions of §§
111-22 and
111-23, and as described in Schedule XVIII.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided
for by applicable New Jersey statutes, every person convicted of a
violation of this article or any supplement thereto shall be subject
to a fine of not more than $27, payable through the City of Northfield
Violations Bureau.
