Editor's Note: This legislation was amended
10-14-1997 to repeal the provision regarding payment of travel compensation
for only one vehicle to transport employees to the same conference
and/or seminar.
A.Â
Personnel who have been authorized by the Town Board
to attend school shall be paid for the hours actually spent in the
classroom.
B.Â
Personnel who have been authorized by the Town Board
to attend school shall be paid their normal hourly rate for the hours
spent in traveling to and from the approved school.
