[Adopted by the Board of Selectmen 10-27-1976]
On and after the effective date of this article,
the Town of Bethel shall give tax exemptions for buildings or additions
to buildings, the construction of which commenced on or after October
1, 1976, and before October 1, 1991, which are equipped with a solar
energy heating or cooling system as authorized and set forth in Section
12-81(56) of the Connecticut General Statutes, Revision of 1958, as
amended.
