As used in this Part 2, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
As the case may be, the Pittsburgh International Airport located
in Moon and Findlay Townships, County of Allegheny, Pennsylvania and the County
Airport, located in West Mifflin Borough, County of Allegheny, Pennsylvania.
The term shall include all land and buildings owned by the County forming
a part of and appurtenant to the respective airport.
The person from time to time designated by the Board of County Commissioners
as the Director of the Department of Aviation of Allegheny County, or his
designee.
Every natural person, firm, copartnership, association or corporation.
Police officers employed by the County of Allegheny under the Bureau
of Police.
Any lobby, rotunda, corridor, hallway, elevator, escalator, stairway,
restroom, lounge or other nonleased space maintained exclusively by the County
of Allegheny.
The possession of a lighted cigarette, lighted cigar, lighted pipe
or any other lighted tobacco product.
The terminal building at the Pittsburgh International Airport or
the administration building at the Allegheny County Airport, as the case maybe.
The term shall include all parts of the building, both public and private
areas, and areas leased to or occupied by others as well as areas under the
direct control of County.
