Pursuant to the State Construction Code Act, Act No. 230 of
the Public Acts of Michigan 1972 (MCLA § 125.1501 et seq.),
as amended, the Township hereby designates the Code Official and such
building inspectors, plumbing inspectors, mechanical inspectors, electrical
inspectors, and other officers and employees as shall be designated
by the Code Official as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibilities
of the Township under the State Construction Code Act, as amended,
and the building, residential, uniform energy, electrical, plumbing,
and mechanical codes promulgated thereunder, as amended.
