The duties shall be as follows:
A. Prepare payroll according to the Salary Ordinance.
B. Be responsible for the payment of vouchers when presented
for payment, keeping vouchers on file and mailing checks in payment for same.
C. Be responsible for receipt of funds from the state, federal
and county governments and all departments of the township.
D. Prepare the necessary reports and be responsible for
the Emergency Employment Administration Program.
E. Make withholding deposits in the bank as necessary according
to law.
F. Prepare quarterly reports for the social security and
withholding.
G. Obtain the best interest available on the certificates
of deposits and be responsible for renewal of the same as directed by the
Township Council.

H. Be responsible for the payments to the bond and interest
account.
I. Make all necessary purchases for the Building Department
and all departments.
J. Give a quarterly report of expenditures to each department.
K. Prepare for the Clerk a list of expenditures approved
by the Township Council 48 hours after all meetings.

L. Prepare W-2 forms and proper dispersement of the same.
M. Be responsible for revenue sharing funds and all reports
required.
N. The Chief Financial Officer shall perform all duties
as required by the Local Government Supervision Act (1947) (N.J.S.A. 52:27BB-1
et seq.), as amended, and as provided for in N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.1 et seq.,
as amended.

The person fulfilling the position of Township Treasurer shall be paid
a salary to be fixed by the Salary Ordinance adopted by said township.
