Township of Galloway, NJ Article II Raffles

[Adopted 1-18-1971 by Ord. No. 393 as Ch. 48, Art. II, of the 1971 Code]

§ 211-2 Raffles permitted on Sunday.

Subject to all of the provisions of N.J.S.A. 5:8-58,[1] games of chance shall be permitted in the Township of Galloway, Atlantic County, New Jersey, on the first day of the week, commonly known and designated as Sunday.
