Any person found to be violating any provisions of this chapter shall be served by the Borough with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all such violation.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to the penalties provided by § 1-15 of this Code. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
Sewer use rates and charges shall be in accordance with Borough of Paramus Ordinances 01-8 and 98-10.[1]
