A.
The Town has designated the Saratoga County Sewer
District #1 (SCSD #1) as the agent of the Town of Malta for the purposes
of implementation and enforcement of the Town of Malta's sewer use
law against residential, commercial and industrial users located within
the Town sewer districts. The discharge limits and pretreatment standards
shall be as set forth in the most current rules and regulations of
the SCSD #1.
B.
The SCSD #l, on behalf of and as agent for the Town
of Malta, will perform technical and administrative duties necessary
to implement and enforce the Town of Malta's sewer use law.
