There shall be a Mayor's Safety Committee of
the Borough.
The Mayor's Safety Committee shall consist of
the Borough Police Chief, a member of the Borough ambulance corps
and a lay member, each appointed by the Mayor for a term of one year.
The Mayor's Safety Committee shall meet at such
times and at such places as the Committee agrees upon and shall have
the functions, duties and responsibilities from time to time assigned
by executive order, ordinance or resolution.
