Except as authorized by the Mayor and Council,
use of the tennis courts shall be limited to the residents of the
Borough of Upper Saddle River and their guests. Notwithstanding anything
to the contrary contained herein, activities conducted by the Board
of Education or school activities supervised by school administrators
or teaching personnel shall be given preference in the use of the
tennis courts.
The following is the procedure for obtaining
a tennis activity fee permit. Any resident desiring the use of the
tennis courts shall complete an application available at the Borough
Hall setting forth:

For violation of any provisions of this article, the maximum penalty shall be in accordance with § 1-15 of this Code.
