As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
TRAILER
Any camp trailer, travel trailer or other unit built or mounted on
a vehicle or chassis, designed without permanent foundation, which is designed
to be used for temporary dwelling or sleeping purposes, including self-propelled
and non-self-propelled units.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park, place or locate any trailer
on any street, highway or public place or on any private property in the Borough
while being used for habitation purposes.
Nothing contained herein shall prohibit the temporary stopping or parking
of a trailer on any street or public highway for a period of time not exceeding
two hours while in transit through the Borough, nor shall this chapter prevent
the parking of an unoccupied trailer in any private garage.

A. Maximum penalty. For violation of any provision of this chapter, the maximum fine shall be in accordance with §
1-15 of this Code.

B. Separate violations. Except as otherwise provided, each
and every day in which a violation of any provision of this chapter exists
shall constitute a separate violation.
C. Application. The maximum penalty stated in this section
is not intended to state an appropriate penalty for each and every violation.
Any lesser penalty, including a nominal penalty or no penalty at all, may
be appropriate for a particular case or violation.
