A. 
Trucks shall be prohibited from certain streets as follows:

No motor truck shall enter or be operated on Alan Street unless providing a delivery or service to a resident of Alan Street or unless owned or operated by the City
Alpine Street
No trailer-trucks shall enter or be operated on Alpine Street between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.; no trailer trucks shall enter or be operated on Alpine Street except those trailer-trucks which service residents of Alpine Street
Amherst Street
No trucks having a gross vehicle weight of more than 18,000 pounds shall make a left turn or a U-turn at the median cut on Amherst Street at the Public Service Company of New Hampshire building; Public Service Company of New Hampshire vehicles are hereby excepted
Ashland Street
No through trucks with more than 2 axles shall be operated as through traffic on Ashland Street, with the exception of any vehicle owned and operated by the City, emergency vehicles, public transportation and school buses
Blue Hill Avenue
No trucks shall enter or be operated on Blue Hill Avenue, except those trucks which service the residents of Blue Hill Avenue
Buker Street
No motor trucks shall be operated as through traffic on Buker Street, with the exception of any vehicle owned and operated by the City, emergency vehicles, public transportation and school buses
Charles Street
No trailer-trucks shall enter or be operated on Charles Street, except those trailer-trucks which service the residents of Charles Street
Chase Street
No trailer-trucks shall enter or be operated on Chase Street between East Hollis Street and Crown Street
Coburn Avenue
No through trucks whose width exceeds 80 inches shall be operated on Coburn Avenue between Pine Hill Road and Broad Street; emergency vehicles and school buses are exempted
Conant Road
No commercial motor vehicle shall be operated as through traffic on Conant Road, with the exception of any vehicle owned and operated by the City, emergency vehicles, public transportation and school buses
Cottage Avenue
No trailer-trucks shall enter or be operated on Cottage Avenue
Countryside Drive
All trucks, other than those provided for herein, shall travel at a speed not to exceed 15 m.p.h. and shall travel in a northerly direction. No trucks other than those provided for herein shall be permitted to operate between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. or be operated on Sundays or holidays on Countryside Drive. The following trucks shall not be subject to the above provisions:
(1)
Trucks having a gross weight of less than 2 1/2 tons
(2)
Trucks owned and operated by the City
(3)
Delivery vans, moving vans and other like vehicles serving persons residing on Countryside Drive, Colonial Avenue or Cape Avenue
(4)
Privately operated rubbish vehicles operated between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Dearborn Street
All motor trucks shall be excluded from Dearborn Street from its intersection with Prospect Street to its intersection with Tyler Street
Dublin Avenue
No through trucks whose width exceeds 80 inches shall be operated on Dublin Avenue between Pine Hill Road and Broad Street; emergency vehicles and school buses exempted
East Dunstable Road
No trailer-trucks shall enter or be operated on that portion of East Dunstable Road under the control of the City between Main Street and the F.E. Everett Turnpike, except those trailer-trucks which service the residents of East Dunstable Road
East Dunstable Road
No trailer-truck shall be operated as through traffic on East Dunstable Road between Bicentennial Drive and Timberline Drive, with the exception of any vehicle owned and operated by the City, emergency vehicles, public transportation and school buses
Eaton Street

No trucks over 11 feet 8 inches shall enter or be operated on Eaton Street between West Hollis Street and Ledge Street
Edgewood Avenue
No commercial motor vehicle of greater than 2 axles shall be operated as through traffic on Edgewood Avenue, with the exception of any vehicle owned and operated by the City, emergency vehicles, public transportation and school buses
Elm Street
No commercial motor vehicle of greater than 2 axles shall be operated as through traffic on Elm Street between Kinsley Street and Otterson Street, with the exception of any vehicle owned and operated by the City, emergency vehicles, public transportation and school buses
Fairmount Street
No trailer-trucks whatever shall enter or be operated on Fairmount Street between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. No trailer-trucks shall enter or be operated on Fairmount Street between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. except those which service residents and businesses on Fairmount Street. The signs indicating this regulation of Fairmount Street shall be located at the intersection of Fairmount Street and Baldwin Street.
Farley Road
No through trucks whose width exceeds 80 inches shall be operated on Farley Road, emergency vehicles, vehicles bearing farm registration plates and school buses exempted
Gillis Street

No trailer-trucks shall enter or be operated on Gillis Street between Arlington Street and Haines Street, except for those trailer-trucks servicing the residents of Gillis Street between Arlington Street and Haines Street
Gregg Road
No through trucks over 18,000 pounds' gross vehicle weight shall be operated on Gregg Road, emergency vehicles exempted
Groton Road
No through trucks over 18,000 pounds' gross vehicle weight shall be operated on Groton Road from its intersection with Route 111A to the New Hampshire/Massachusetts State line, emergency vehicles exempted
Groton Road
No through trucks whose length, including load, is greater than 35 feet shall be operated on Groton Road between Route 111-A and the New Hampshire/Massachusetts State line, emergency vehicles, vehicles bearing farm registration plates and school buses exempted
Groton Road
No through trucks whose width exceeds 80 inches shall be operated on Groton Road between Route 111-A and the New Hampshire/Massachusetts State line, emergency vehicles, vehicles bearing farm registration plates and school buses exempted
Groton Road
No through trucks with more than 2 axles shall be operated on Groton Road between Route 111-A and the New Hampshire/Massachusetts State line, emergency vehicles, vehicles bearing farm registration plates and school buses exempted
Haines Street
No trailer-trucks shall enter or be operated on Haines Street between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Harris Road
No trucks shall enter or be operated on Harris Road from Northeastern Boulevard to Conant Road, except as required to service local residents
Highway No. 3
All trucks entering the City on State Highway Route No. 3 between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. for destination points outside the City shall be operated only over the following designated routes:
(1)
Southbound: When entering the City from the north for a destination point south of the City, trucks shall be operated on the Burque Highway and the F. E. Everett Turnpike
(2)
Northbound: When entering the City from the south for a destination point north of the City, trucks shall be operated on the F. E. Everett Turnpike and shall not deviate from that route until it reaches the Burque Highway
All trucks carrying flammables entering the City on State Highway No. 3 for destination points outside the City shall be operated only over the following designated routes:
(1)
Southbound: When entering the City from the north for a destination point south of the City, trucks shall be operated on the Burque Highway and the F.E. Everett Turnpike
(2)
Northbound: When entering the City from the south for a destination point north of the City, trucks shall be operated on the F. E. Everett Turnpike and shall not deviate from that route until it reaches the Burque Highway
Hills Ferry Road
No motor truck shall enter or be operated on Hills Ferry Road between Concord Street and Manchester Street, except those trucks which service residents of that section of Hills Ferry Road
Houde Street
No commercial motor vehicle shall be operated as through traffic on Houde Street, with the exception of any vehicle owned and operated by the City, emergency vehicles, public transportation and school buses
Howard Street
No trucks having a gross vehicle weight of more than 18,000 pounds shall travel or make a U-turn on Howard Street between Worcester Street and Hoyt's Lane
Hughey Street
No trailer-trucks shall enter or be operated on Hughey Street, except those which service residents of Hughey Street
King Street
No trailer-trucks shall enter or be operated on King Street between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
King Street
No commercial motor vehicle shall be operated as through traffic on King Street between Allds Street and Arlington Street, with the exception of any vehicle owned and operated by the City, emergency vehicles, public transportation and school buses
Lake Street
No through trucks with more than 2 axles shall be operated on Lake Street between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Ledge Street
All trailer-trucks traveling on Ledge Street between Houde Street and Stevens Avenue shall travel in an easterly direction and not otherwise. No trailer-trucks shall travel on Ledge Street between Houde Street and Stevens Avenue between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Lincoln Avenue
No motor truck shall enter or be operated on Lincoln Avenue, unless providing a delivery or service to a resident of Lincoln Avenue, or unless owned or operated by the City, or unless working on Lincoln Avenue
Maple Street
No through trucks with more than 2 axles shall be operated on Maple Street, except:
(1)
Trucks owned and operated by the City
(2)
Delivery vans, moving vans and other like vehicles serving persons residing on Maple Street or on streets only accessible from Maple Street
(3)
Privately operated rubbish vehicles operating between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and making rubbish collections
Marshall Street
No commercial motor vehicle shall be operated as through traffic on Marshall Street between Allds Street and Bowers Street, with the exception of any vehicle owned and operated by the City, emergency vehicles, public transportation and school buses
Middle Dunstable Road
No commercial motor vehicle shall be operated as through traffic on Middle Dunstable Road, with the exception of any vehicle owned and operated by the City, emergency vehicles, public transportation and school buses
Mulberry Street
No trucks shall be operated on the section of Mulberry Street between Main Street and Elm Street, except those trucks which service properties on that section of Mulberry Street
Musket Drive
All trucks other than those provided for herein shall be excluded from Musket Drive from its intersection of Gilson Road to its intersection of Whitford Road:
(1)
No trucks over 18,000 pounds' gross vehicle weight shall be operated on Musket Drive
(2)
Trucks owned and operated by the City
(3)
Delivery vans, moving vans and other like vehicles serving persons residing on Musket Road, Pioneer Drive or Whitford Road
(4)
Privately operated rubbish vehicles operated between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and making rubbish collections on Musket Drive, Pioneer Drive or Whitford Road
North Southwood Drive
No truck with more than 2 axles shall be operated as through traffic on North Southwood Drive, except any vehicle owned and operated by the City, emergency vehicles, public transportation, and school buses[1]
Notre Dame Street
No trailer-trucks shall enter or be operated on Notre Dame Street between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Nutt Street
No motor truck shall enter or be operated on Nutt Street, unless providing a delivery or service to a resident of Nutt Street, or unless owned or operated by the City, or unless working on Nutt Street
Palm Street
No through truck traffic having a gross vehicle weight of more than 18,000 pounds shall travel on Palm Street between Kinsley Street and West Hollis Street
Pershing Street
No through trucks over 18,000 pounds' gross vehicle weight. shall be operated on Pershing Street, emergency vehicles and school buses exempted
Pierce Street
No motor truck shall enter or be operated on Pierce Street, except those trucks which service residents or businesses on Pierce Street
Pine Hill Road
No trucks shall enter or be operated on Pine Hill Road between Blue Hill Avenue and Charron Avenue, except those trucks which service the residents of Pine Hill Road
Pine Hill Road
No trucks shall enter or be operated on Pine Hill Road between Charron Avenue and Dublin Avenue between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Ridge Road
No through trucks over 18,000 . pounds' gross vehicle weight shall be operated on Ridge Road
Robinson Road

No trailer-trucks shall enter or be operated on Robinson Road, except those trailer-trucks which service the residents of Robinson Road
Sagamore Road
No commercial motor vehicle shall be operated as through traffic on Sagamore Road, with the exception of any vehicle owned and operated by the City, emergency vehicles, public transportation and school buses
Searles Road
No through trucks with more than 2 axles shall be operated on Searles Road, except:
(1)
Trucks owned and operated by the City
(2)
Delivery vans, moving vans and other like vehicles serving persons residing on Searles Road or on streets accessible from Searles Road
(3)
Privately operated rubbish vehicles operating between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and making rubbish collections
South Main Street

No through trucks with more than 2 axles shall be operated on Main Street from Fairway Street to Independence Drive
Tetreau Street
No trailer-trucks shall enter or be operated on Tetreau Street between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Vine Street
No trucks over 18,000 pounds' gross vehicle weight shall be operated on Vine Street between Kinsley Street and Central Street, except:
(1)
Trucks owned and operated by the City
(2)
Delivery vans, moving vans and other like vehicles serving persons residing on Vine Street
(3)
Privately operated rubbish vehicles operated between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and making rubbish collections on Vine Street
Whitford Road
All trucks, other than those provided for herein, shall be excluded from Whitford Road from its intersection of Musket Drive to its intersection of Main Dunstable Road:
(1)
No trucks over 18,000 pounds' gross vehicle weight shall be operated on Whitford Road
(2)
Trucks owned and operated by the City
(3)
Delivery vans, moving vans and other like vehicles serving persons residing on Musket Drive, Pioneer Drive or Whitford Road
(4)
Privately operated rubbish vehicles operated between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and making rubbish collections on Musket Drive, Pioneer Drive or Whitford Road
Wilder Street
No through trailer-trucks shall enter or be operated on Wilder Street between Kinsley Street and West Hollis Street
Worcester Street
No tractor-trailers shall enter or be operated on Worcester Street, except tractor-trailers servicing residents of Worcester Street

B. 
With the exception of emergency vehicles, school buses and trucks delivering services or products to addresses on the streets in this subsection, "trucks," as defined in NH RSA 259:115-b, having over 10,000 pounds' gross vehicle weight rating or requiring semiannual inspection shall not operate on the following streets:

A. 
No vehicles with a gross weight of over 12,000 pounds, or more than eight feet six inches high, shall be permitted to travel over the Taylor Falls Bridge from the intersection of West Hollis Street and Bridge Street to the Nashua-Hudson Town line.
B. 
Fire apparatus, or other vehicles where special permits are granted by the City and the Town of Hudson, shall be permitted to cross Taylor Falls Bridge in excess of the gross weight of 12,000 pounds at a speed not to exceed 15 miles per hour.
C. 
Any person violating any part of this section shall be subject to a fine pursuant to RSA 263:61 and RSA 263:69, at the discretion of the District Court.
