All motor vehicles utilized for the plowing
of snow on any premises not owned by the operator of the vehicle shall
be equipped with emergency lights. Such emergency lights shall be
in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in RSA 266:74,
as it may be from time to time amended, and shall be kept in operation
at all times during any snow-removal operations.
Any person found in violation of the terms and
conditions of this article shall be fined $50.
