§ 107-1 Adoption of Drug-Free School Zones; schematic maps.

Directive 5.2 of the Attorney General's Statewide Action Plan for Narcotic Enforcement is adopted, and the schematic maps annexed to this article[1] shall be forwarded to the office of the County Prosecutor.[2]
Editor's Note: The schematic maps are on file in the office of the Township Clerk, where they may be examined during normal business hours.

Said schematic maps may be adopted as official and are subject to judicial notice in all criminal prosecutions.

§ 107-2 Signs.

The Township of Readington shall post signs indicating the outside perimeter of the Drug-Free School Zones designated by aforesaid schematic maps in accordance with the Comprehensive Drug Reform Act.[1]
