No person shall be permitted to keep within
the corporate limits of the City, including unenclosed or enclosed
private grounds, any cattle, beast of burden, goat, sheep, swine,
chicken, goose, duck, or turkey; and no more than six pigeons shall
be harbored per household.
It shall be unlawful for any person to suffer
or permit any chicken, duck, goose, turkey or other fowl owned or
controlled by him to run at large or to go upon the premises of another
person without the consent of such other person.

Violations of the provisions of this article shall be punished as provided in §
1-1 of the Code.
