The final plat shall contain all the data listed
in the following subsections. Moreover, the Board or the Village Engineer
may require additional information pertinent to a particular subdivision.
A. General information.
(1) Approved name of subdivision.
(3) True bearings and distances to the nearest established
street lines or official monuments, no fewer than three which shall
be accurately shown on the plat.
(4) Radii, internal angles, points of curvature, tangent
bearings and length of all arcs.
B. Data describing existing conditions.
(1) Same information as required by §
95-56B(1), with accurate angular and linear dimensions.
(2) Exact locations, widths and names of all existing
or planned streets or other public ways, utility rights-of-way, easements,
parks and other open spaces and municipal boundary lines within or
adjacent to the tract.
(3) Same information as required by §
95-56 B(3), (4) and (5).
(4) Exact contours at two-foot intervals or as directed
by the Village Engineer.
C. Data describing proposed conditions.
(1) Exact layout of proposed streets, their approved names
and widths and the exact location of any proposed easements, with
designation of the purposes thereof.
(2) Exact extent of relocation of planned streets and
an appropriate small scale sketch of the influence of this relocation
on neighboring properties. Exact location of planned streets on adjacent
properties already having approved subdivisions shall also be shown.
(3) Exact layout, lot numbers and lines, dimensions and
acreage of all proposed lots, with accurate dimensions in feet and
hundredths. The accurate locations of all monuments shall also be
shown.
(4) Exact outlines and legal description of any areas
to be dedicated or reserved for public use, with the purposes indicated
thereon.
(5) Setback lines for proposed buildings and exact setback
and side yard dimensions for existing buildings, relative to the proposed
subdivision boundaries.
(6) The exact profile of each proposed street, with grades
indicated, and the exact locations of drainage basins and dry wells.
(7) The typical cross-section of proposed streets, showing
width of paving and gutters and other pertinent information as required
by the Village Engineer.
(8) The approved final grades on the subject site.
D. Covenants. Covenants concerning land use or building
requirements shall be indicated on the final plat.
E. Additional information. In addition to the foregoing,
the following shall be attached to the final plat:
(1) Certification by a land surveyor licensed by the State
of New York stating:
(a)
That the plat was made from an actual survey
made by him of the property.
(b)
The date of completion of the survey.
(c)
That monuments have been set at not less than
two corners of every street intersection and at all other required
locations as indicated on the plat, and that each approved building
lot has at least three monuments.
(d)
That all dimensions and geodetic details are
correct.
(2) Notarized certification by the owner or owners of
the adoption of any plat and the dedication of streets and other public
areas, if any.
(3) Proper form for the approval of the Planning Board
with space for their signature(s) and those of other officials if
required.
(4) A statement that any lot transferred shall have a
minimum width and area substantially the same as those of the platted
plots shown and that only one principal building will be permitted
on any one such lot.
(5) A definitive statement of agreement on the plat to
eliminate or relocate any existing buildings or structures in violation
of setback requirements or other requirements as deemed necessary
by the Board.
(6) Results of test hole borings and percolation and other
tests, when required by the Board.
(7) Approval of the subdivision by the Suffolk County
Department of Health Services.
F. Stormwater pollution prevention plan required. A stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) consistent with the requirements of Chapter
94, Part
1, entitled "Stormwater Management and Erosion and Sediment Control," shall be required for final subdivision plat approval. The SWPPP shall meet the performance and design criteria and standards in Chapter
94, Article
II. The approved final subdivision plat shall be consistent with the provisions of Chapter
94.

In addition to the requirements set forth herein,
the final plat shall comply with all other rules, regulations, ordinances,
local laws and statutes pertaining to the subdivision of land in the
Village.
