The Board shall comply with the provisions of
the State Environmental Quality Review Act under Article 8 of the
Environmental Conservation Law and its implementing regulations as
codified in 6 NYCRR 617.
Pursuant to § 239-n of the General
Municipal Law, the Clerk of the Board shall refer all applicable preliminary
and final plats to the Suffolk County Planning Commission as provided
in that section.
