§ 161-1 Prohibited conduct.

It shall be unlawful for any person in the Town to be found in, near, around or about any place of public accommodation or any public property conducting himself in such a way as to be unduly boisterous, using lewd or profane language, obstructing access to said premises, or otherwise creating a nuisance to the neighborhood.
