§ 313-6 Sewer Department Administrator designated.

§ 313-6 Sewer Department Administrator designated.

The Sewer Department Administrator be and hereby is designated as collector of sewerage system connection and use charges, and such collector of sewerage system connection and use charges shall collect such charges in accordance with the provisions of the General Statutes for the collection of property taxes.
