Editor's Note: This ordinance superseded former
Ch. 51, Town Property, adopted 10-5-1987 by the Board of Selectmen
of the Town of Somers, effective 10-23-1987.
Pursuant to Section 8-2 of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended, it is hereby enacted that the Town of Somers shall be exempt from the requirements of or compliance with Chapter 214, Zoning, and Chapter 213, Subdivision of Land, of the town in the construction, demolition, maintenance, operation, rehabilitation or renovation of municipal property.
