[Adopted 1-10-1983 by the Special Town Meeting, effective 2-25-1983]
The Selectmen of the Town of Somers or a majority
of them shall have the right to declare any ambulance-type vehicle
used exclusively for the purpose of transporting any medically incapacitated
individual without compensation exempt from personal property taxation.
This article is enacted in accordance with Connecticut
General Statutes Section 12-81c.
