The Board shall provide for the sanitary control
of food establishments, food handlers, and public eating places, including
the production, distribution and sale of market milk, goat's milk
and dairy products; and the Board shall have power to adopt rules
and regulations to enforce such control.
No milk, goat's milk or milk products shall
be sold or offered for sale in the City of New Castle unless properly
protected according to the rules and regulations of the Board.
