[HISTORY: Adopted by the Representative Town Meeting of the Town
of Branford 3-9-1965. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Building Inspector shall administer the Building Code and shall
be the building official in the Town of Branford.
The Building Inspector shall be appointed by the Board of Selectmen
for a two-year term, expiring on the 31st day of October in each odd-numbered
year.
Said Building Inspector shall receive an annual salary to be set by
said Board of Selectmen, subject to the approval of the Board of Finance and
the Representative Town Meeting.
