There is hereby established the Economic Development Advisory Commission
of the Borough of Andover.

Said Commission shall consist of one member of the Borough Council,
one member of the Planning/Zoning Board, two members of the general populous,
one of which shall be actively engaged in business within the borough. The
Commission members shall be appointed for terms of two years, except for the
Planning/Zoning Board member and the Council member who shall be appointed
annually for one-year terms. Members shall be appointed in accordance with
the law. There shall be allowed up to three alternate members appointed at
large. Said alternate members shall be appointed and approved by the Borough
Council.
The members of the Economic Development Advisory Commission shall choose
annually from among its members a Chairman and such other officers as they
may deem necessary. The Chairman and other officers shall be chosen at the
first meeting of the Commission to be held in January of each year.
The Economic Development Advisory Commission shall meet at least quarterly
and at the call of the Chairman. Meetings shall be open to the public.
