Borough of Andover, NJ Classification of Districts

For the purpose of this chapter, the Borough of Andover is hereby divided into the following zones:

R-1	Residential Zone
R-1A	Residential Zone
R-2	Residential Zone
R-3	Residential Zone
C-1	Commercial Zone
C-3	Commercial and Limited Industrial Zone
IP	Industrial Park Zone
P	Preserved Zone

§ 134-11 Zoning Map.

The boundaries of the zones referred to in § 134-10 of this article are hereby established as shown on the map entitled "Zoning Map, Andover Borough, Sussex County, New Jersey, J. Caldwell and Associates, LLC., dated April 26, 2017," which is declared to be a part of this chapter. The Zoning Map is on file in the office of the Clerk of the Borough of Andover and is available to interested members of the public.

§ 134-12 Schedule of Dimensional Regulations.

The Schedule of Dimensional Regulations which accompanies this chapter in the Appendix hereto as "134 Attachment 1" is declared part of this chapter.[1]

Editor's Note: The Schedule of Dimensional Regulations is included at the end of this chapter. Former § 3 of this article, Zone boundaries, and former Article 5, Farm Residential Zone, both of which immediately followed this section, were repealed 8-8-1974. This ordinance also provided for the renumbering of former Article 6, R-1 Residential Zone, as Article 5.
