Violation of any state statute, County ordinance
or park rule or regulation may be the basis for the revocation of
a required permit.

Any person found by a court of competent jurisdiction
to have violated any state statute, County ordinance, park rule or
regulation pertaining to park activities may be banned and/or removed
from using the County Park System for 12 months following the court
adjudication.

A.
In addition
to any other liability or penalty imposed by law, or remedy that may
be available at law or in equity, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:41A-101b(7),
any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject
to a penalty of not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense.
B.
Each and
every day in which a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter
exists shall constitute a separate offense.
