There is hereby created in the Township of Bethlehem the position of Clerk of Percolation Test Record Results, who shall maintain a log of percolation test results which shall be indexed by Tax Map lot and block and street name and shall include all information as stipulated by § 181-1.
The Clerk of Percolation Test Record Results shall be appointed for
a term of one year by the Township Committee.
