Township of Bethlehem, NJ Article V Chief Financial Officer

§ 32-10 Position created.

The position of Chief Financial Officer for the Township of Bethlehem is hereby established, with the salary for that position to be in accordance with the Salary Ordinance, as adopted and amended.[1]

§ 32-11 Appointment and duties.

Said appointment to the position of Chief Financial Officer shall be in accordance with Section 5 of P.L. 1988, c. 110, to carry out the responsibilities set forth under P.L. 1947, c. 151 (N.J.S.A. 52:27BB-26 et seq.).
