This article shall be known and may be cited as the "Trespassing Ordinance
of the Township of Bethlehem."
The purpose of this article shall be to apply rules and regulations,
restricting entry upon and occupancy of municipal property and school district
property to authorized individuals during off hours.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
All authorized municipal and/or school district personnel and such
other individuals that have received permission from the Township of Bethlehem
and/or Bethlehem Township Board of Education to enter upon and occupy specific
property during off hours.
All buildings, structures, and lands owned, controlled or maintained
by the Township of Bethlehem.
A park, play area, natural area, reservation, field, beach, recreation
center or any other area the Township of Bethlehem and/or Bethlehem Township
Board of Education owns, controls or maintains, and which is devoted or intended
for active or passive recreation or natural resource management.
All buildings, structures, and lands owned, controlled or maintained
by the Bethlehem Township Board of Education.
No person shall enter, access, or remain on municipal property between the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., unless said person is an authorized individual as set forth in § 140-3. This restriction shall not apply in cases of events or activities sponsored or authorized by the Township of Bethlehem that occur during the aforesaid hours; provided, however, that all persons, other than authorized individuals, must vacate the property within 30 minutes of the completion of such event or activity.
No person shall enter, access, or remain on school district property between the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., unless said person is an authorized individual as set forth in § 140-3. This restriction shall not apply in cases of events or activities sponsored or authorized by the Bethlehem Township Board of Education that occur during the aforesaid hours; provided, however, that all persons, other than authorized individuals, must vacate the property within 30 minutes of the completion of such event or activity.

This restriction shall not apply in cases of events or activities sponsored or authorized by the Township of Bethlehem and/or Bethlehem Township Board of Education that occur during the aforesaid hours; provided, however, that all persons, other than authorized individuals, must vacate the property within 30 minutes of the completion of such event or activity.
