Amendments to this chapter shall be made in
accordance with §§ 7-706 and 7-708 of the Village Law
and §§ 239-1 and 239-m of the General Municipal Law,
if applicable, after referral to and report by the Zoning Board of
Appeals. If the Zoning Board of Appeals shall fail to file a report
with the Village Board within 30 days after referral, it shall be
deemed that the Zoning Board of Appeals has approved such proposed
amendment.
