The Council shall meet at the Council Chambers
or other location at Memorial City Hall, Auburn, New York, on a designated
day each week each month at such time as established by Council, unless
the day is a holiday. In a week where the meeting day is a holiday,
the meeting shall be held on such day of the week as the Council may
determine.
