Traffic control signals shall be installed, maintained and operated as follows:
(1) 
Genesee Street and Lexington Avenue. A pre-timed traffic control signal consisting of the following:
(a) 
Two vehicular signal faces visible on each approach of the intersection.
(b) 
Sequence of operation:

Normal operation: fully automatic traffic control signal.

From 10:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. signal is on flash operation; it flashes amber on Genesee Street and flashes red on Lexington Avenue and the entrance to Westside Plaza.
(2) 
Genesee Street and Dunning Avenue. A pre-timed traffic control signal consisting of the following:
(a) 
Two vehicular signal faces visible on each approach of the intersection.
(b) 
Sequence of operation: fully automatic traffic control signal.
(3) 
Genesee Street and Baker Avenue. A pre-timed traffic control signal consisting of the following:
(a) 
Two vehicular signal faces visible on each approach of the intersection.
(b) 
Sequence of operation:

From 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. signal is on flash operation; it flashes amber on Genesee Street and flashes red on Baker Avenue.

Pedestrian push buttons provide an exclusive pedestrian phase under "all red" vehicle indications and appropriate walk indications. Normal vehicle sequence will resume with a green indication for Baker Avenue.

Genesee Street and Washington Street. A pre-timed traffic control signal consisting of the following:

Two vehicular signal faces visible on each approach of the intersection.
(b) 
Sequence of operation: fully automatic traffic control signal.

East Genesee Street and North Seward Avenue. A pre-timed traffic control signal consisting of the following:

Sequence of operation: remains green on Loop Road until activated by pedestrian push buttons; changes through proper clearance to red with appropriate walk signals; then reverts to green on Loop Road.

A. 
Prohibition of right turns on red. The right turning of vehicles facing a steady red indication is prohibited at the following intersections:

Traffic from the east and west at both intersections on Genesee Street onto Loop Road.

B. 
Prohibition of U-turns. In the Congested District established in § 60.5,[1] the turning of vehicles so as to proceed in the opposite direction is hereby prohibited.

Prohibition of left turns. The left turning of vehicles is prohibited at the following intersections or other designated locations:
