If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section or article of this chapter
shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such
judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder thereof but
shall be confined in its operation to the clause, sentence, paragraph, section
or article thereof directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment
shall have been rendered.
The following chapter is hereby repealed: Chapter 91 of the Town Code
of the Town of Barton.
This chapter shall become effective upon the date it is filed in the
office of the New York Secretary of State.
