GENERAL REFERENCES
Zoning — See Ch. 235.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Town Law §§ 264 and
265, the Town of Batavia may, pursuant to Municipal Home Rule Law § 10,
enact zoning laws and amendments thereto without publishing after enactment
the full text thereof, provided that publication is made of summaries of the
substantive provisions of such zoning laws and amendments.
Insofar as the provisions of this chapter are inconsistent with the
provisions of any other local law or act, the provisions of this chapter shall
be controlling.
