Developers and/or builders will be responsible
for keeping subdivision streets generally free of mud or dust and
the roadway right-of-way free of construction material or debris.
If the subdivision is found out of compliance to this regulation,
the authorized town official (i.e., town inspector, Zoning Officer,
Highway Superintendent, town's Engineer, or Town Planning Board) may
place a stop-work order on the portion of the project found to be
in violation, not conduct any further inspections, or both, until
the violation is brought into compliance with this regulation and
is in accordance with the approved plans.

Where open storm drainage ditches or swales
are constructed, the side slopes and bottom shall be neatly graded
and left in a clean condition. Ditches and side slopes shall be seeded
in accordance with the New York State Guidelines for Urban Erosion
and Sedimentation Control.
Vacant, unsold lots shall not be used as a depository
for scrap lumber or trash and shall be rough graded to provide positive
drainage. Filling of lots will not be allowed without a properly authorized
town fill permit.
