The Antrim Township Board of Supervisors does hereby authorize the execution
of that certain water system operating agreement dated the 25th day of November,
2002, labeled Exhibit A, attached hereto, and incorporated herein by reference.[1]

The Chairman or Vice Chairman and Secretary of the Board of Supervisors
of the Township are hereby authorized and directed to sign the water system
operating agreement dated the 25th day of November, 2002, and any other documents
necessary to complete the purchase of Lincoln Utilities, Inc. by Authority,
including but not limited to loan documents with regards to said purchase.
All ordinances and resolutions or parts thereof, in so far as the same
are inconsistent herewith, are hereby repealed.
This article shall become effective in accordance with law.
In the event any provision, section, sentence, clause or part of this
article shall be held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect or impair
any remaining provision, section, sentence, clause or part of this article,
it being the intent of this Township that the remainder of the article shall
remain in full force and effect.
