[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the
Town of Southeast as indicated in article histories. Amendments noted
where applicable.]
[Adopted 10-18-2007 by L.L. No. 6-2007]
Section 23 of the Town Law is hereby amended
and superseded in its application to the Town of Southeast to provide
that the Building Inspector of the Town of Southeast need not be an
elector of the Town of Southeast so long as he or she is a resident
of the County of Putnam, Dutchess or Westchester.
