Prior to the granting of final approval, the applicant shall have installed, or furnished performance guaranties as set forth in section 21-59 for the ultimate installation of, the improvements described below. All improvements shall be subject to approval and inspection by the Township Engineer, who shall be notified by the developer at least two weeks prior to the start of construction of any improvements and at least 48 hours prior to the completion of any phase of an installation. No underground installation shall be covered until inspected and approved.

Streets, curbs and sidewalks.
b. 
Street signs.
c. 
Underground electric, gas, telephone and CATV.
d. 
Surface and stormwater drainage.
e. 
Grading.
f. 
Water supply.
g. 
Sanitary sewers.
h. 
Shade trees.
i. 
Topsoil and seeding.
j. 
Monuments.
k. 
Test borings (if required).

As a condition of final approval, the applicant shall have installed, or furnished performance guaranties as set forth in section 21-59 for the ultimate installation of, any required on-tract improvements as the same are described in subsection 21-60.1. In addition, where residential development is proposed, the Board may, as a condition of final site plan approval, require the installation of certain on-site improvements, as described in subsection 21-60.3 below, prior to the issuance of a construction permit and may require the furnishing of performance guaranties to insure completion of remaining improvements. All such improvements shall be subject to approval and inspection by the Township Engineer.
