Violations of rules and regulations adopted by the Yarmouth Department
of Public Works Commissioners for the Septage Treatment Plant and/or the Solid
Waste Transfer Station will result in a fine of not more than $300 per violation.
Each day said violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
