Article I Violations of Septage Treatment Plant and Solid Waste Transfer Station Regulations

[Adopted 4-15-1992 by Art. 2, approved 5-18-1992]

§ 210-1 Violations and penalties.

Violations of rules and regulations adopted by the Yarmouth Department of Public Works Commissioners for the Septage Treatment Plant and/or the Solid Waste Transfer Station will result in a fine of not more than $300 per violation. Each day said violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
