The Township of Freehold in the County of Monmouth shall enter into
an agreement with the Manasquan River Regional Sewerage Authority and the
Borough of Freehold and the Township of Howell in the Authority Phase I Project
area, providing for and relating to the treatment and disposal on the terms
and conditions set forth in an agreement entitled "Proposed Phase I Regional
Facilities Interim Plan," and the Mayor shall be authorized and directed on
behalf of the Township Committee to execute such contract under the corporate
Seal of the municipality which shall be affixed and attested by the Clerk,
and to deliver the same.
Three copies of the agreement are on file in the office of the Township
Clerk and are available for public inspection, and the terms and conditions
thereof are hereby approved and specifically agreed to.

That certain agreement heretofore entered into by the Township of Freehold
with the Western Monmouth Utilities Authority, an authority created in the
Township of Manalapan and Marlboro, in the County of Monmouth, pursuant to
the conditions of the Municipal Utilities Authorities Law N.J.S.A. 40:14B-1
et seq., on file in the office of the Township Clerk and heretofore executed
by the Mayor and Township Clerk on behalf of the Township and the Chairman
and Secretary of the Western Monmouth Utilities Authority on behalf of the
Authority, be and the same is hereby confirmed and ratified in all respects.
The agreement, executed and delivered on May 23, 1974, as between the
Township and the Authority is hereby incorporated herein by reference as though
set forth at length.
