The provisions of this article shall apply to
all lots created as part of realty subdivisions for which plans for
the construction of a road or roads to be offered for dedication to
the Town are approved in accordance with these Town road specifications.
Before a certificate of occupancy is issued,
a final certified plot plan must be furnished to the Building Inspector
for his review, as well as the Town Engineer. The certified plot plan
must include the stamp and signature of a licensed professional engineer
or land surveyor and must be accepted or approved prior to issuance
of the certificate of occupancy.
