In addition to any other legal requirements
or prohibitions, the residency requirements for the office of Village
Clerk-Treasurer shall provide that such person need not be a resident
of the Village of Piermont but must be a resident of the County of
Rockland.

shall provide that such person need not be a resident of the Village
of Piermont but must be a resident of the County of Rockland.
