It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, commercial or
industrial services to use, to place or cause to be placed any garbage,
lumber or other building materials in any corralled municipal receptacle.
Any person or persons, corporation, partnership or association
who violates this article shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not
less than $50 nor more than $600, plus the cost of proceedings, for
each offense and, in default of the payment of the fine and costs
shall be committed to the Allegheny County Jail for a period not to
exceed 90 days.
