A. Subject to Subsection
B, no more than one unregistered motor vehicle shall be stored, parked or placed or allowed to be stored, parked or placed upon the outside, open air or exposed areas of real property, unless the same shall be in an area properly approved for the keeping of the same by licensed junk or automobile dealers.
B. No unregistered motor vehicles, nor parts thereof,
which are unfit for use or in obvious disrepair or permanently disabled
or otherwise rendered inoperative shall be stored, parked or placed
upon any land in the City of Marlborough for a period in excess of
seven days, unless the same shall be within a building or in an area
unexposed to the view of the public or abutters or shall be in an
area properly approved for the keeping of the same by licensed junk
or automobile dealers.
C. Each vehicle that violates this chapter, and each
day that this chapter is violated, shall constitute a separate offense.
The fine for any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall
be $50.
Properly licensed junk, secondhand dealers and automobile dealers are exempt from the provisions of §
599-1.
