a. Applicant shall submit required plans and documents
to the Planning Board for review and approval. The Planning Board
shall distribute the plans to those agencies required by law to review
and/or approve development plans and to Township agencies which normally
review development plans.
b. The Planning Board shall hold a public hearing in
accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-46.1 on the application. The initial
hearing shall be held not less than 30 days nor more than 45 days
from the date of submission of a complete application.
c. Applicants may elect to submit a concept plan for
informal review in accordance with section 21-53 as part of a PRD
application in the R-5 zone. Whether or not such informal review is
requested or obtained, the applicant shall follow procedures for subdivision
and site plan approval set forth elsewhere in this chapter.

The provisions of Article
XIII entitled "Affordable Housing" shall apply to any development under this Article
XI.
