Town of Redding, CT Article I Board of Finance

[Adopted 9-9-1931]

§ 10-1 Establishment; powers and duties. [1]

The Town of Redding does hereby establish a Town Board of Finance, the members of which Board shall be elected at the next Annual Town Meeting. The powers and duties of said Board shall be as defined in Title 7, Chapter 112 of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended.
