No U-turns shall be permitted upon streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XIII (§ 194-42), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

A.
No left or right turn shall be permitted upon streets designated in Schedule XIV (§ 194-43 <http://ecode360.com/9251879>), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
B.
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle in
such a way as to attempt or to complete a left turn into either parallel
or angle parking on any roadway designed and authorized for traffic
traveling in opposite directions.

No person shall turn a vehicle to make a right turn when facing steady red signal (stop indication), between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. daily except for Sundays and holidays at any of the locations described in Schedule XV (§ 194-44) attached to and made a part of this chapter, whenever official signs are present prohibiting such a turn on red signal.
