It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate
in public upon any property, private or public, in the Borough of Leonia.
The fine for such conduct shall be $250 for the first offense and, for
any subsequent offense, in the discretion of the Municipal Court Magistrate,
up to $1,000 and/or incarceration for no more than 30 days. The provisions
of this chapter shall be enforced by the Police Department.
